I won't lie that I was hoping for a distinct difference in direction and was hoping to get back to power football, but I am on board.

I'm happy for a return to handing the ball directly to the ref after every play. I always liked that, made us look good and made good sense on offense.
Hopefully we make a big time DC hire, then I can really get behind this coaching staff.

I refuse to call a hire a bad hire without one down of football played. Gus was my #3, so I'm moderately pleased with this. Love his offense, need to get a great defensive coordinator and start turning it all around. It's not impossible to have a great spread offense and a great defense.
