So for our posters out there with "connections" "fluid" basically means it's not going to happen the way they're saying it will?

this doesn't bother me too much... we need someone who can actually coach skill positions on offense, not be primarily used for recruiting. Gus can sell his offense, and we can hire a another solid recruiter on the defensive side.

Peopel trying to act as insiders really piss me off. Just because you sum up what JGT, PM, or Kige says and call it source does not make you an insider
Felt the need to go on a rant

Yep, it burns we couldn't pull one of our own, but Jimbo is his long time mentor and that bond won out apparently.

I'm sure that big pay raise helped too.

It's all good though. People just like to jump to conclusions to be the first to report something.

Malzahn has to land Rocker. Gotta find a way to get it done.

Craig played Auburn and probably burned his last bridge with Auburn.

How sure are you that he played AU?

Also, new athletic departments and new coaching staffs will allow bridges to be rebuilt

What happened to your news? Your "source" fall through?

To say he burned the "last bridge" at his alma mater is ridiculous. He interviewed most likely in respect for this program. You nor anybody else knows what happened beyond that.

Ellitor usually is pretty legit with his news/sources. People are probably upset in the AD and overreacting

I agree with Rig on this one.

I think DM was open to a move, but his mentor made it worth his while to stay.

Edit- Don't back off your opinion Rig, because I think you're right on.

There are other reasons that Craig could have to not accept a job at AU. That's all I'm saying
