There is absolutely no reason for White not to be in the game. Zero. It's fricking insane that he isn't. Malzahn basically fricked over the entire offense by sticking with a QB who has lost all confidence and can't make simple throws. Jesus.

I get this is their 4th string.. maybe 5th... but where was this offense from the beginning.. Jeremy Johnson being a run threat, can open things up a little and maybe give him some confidence..

Doesn't matter if white is terrible. If your starting QB is throwing the ball backwards and bouncing passes then it's time to sit him down. It's just bad coaching.

I think he and Gus should forget about his identity as a pocket passer during his time at Auburn and focus on him being a dual threat quarterback. It's a long season and we could salvage it with that approach.
I have to add, maybe if he gets knocked around a bit his passing will improve.

We will need a running threat from the QB to be effective, but it is concerning JJ and White are the 1 and 2 QB's. I am not sure other than pride why Gus doesn't go after DT QB's only.
