I will assume that Bama and Georgia are running the 3-4 base and both will recruit well, is Kelly more of a base 4-3?

So umm JG says there is 1 sticking point but does not make it clear to what that is so I will just sum the post
-Every info from numerous angles says AU & CK are close to a deal
-CK is happy @ FSU has reservations about leaving
-not a job hopper nor thinks a lot about maximizing his career
-Loyal to Jimbo for not buckling under pressure to get rid of him after a mediocre 2014 year
-All good on the Money part of the AU deal
On potential staff
-very tight w/ Garner, TBD if that will be a factor
-believed MTSU DB coach Steve Ellis & Georgia Tech LB coach Andy McCollum would be top candidates
-SE & AM are recruiting coordinators @ their schools
-CK knows LT well
-Don't see a scenario where LT is left in the cold
-Thinks CK & Gus meet tonight in person
-deal could be done then & there
