Like I said, it could speed up the process by a day. Oregon plays on Friday now instead of Saturday.

Or it delays it so as to not distract their team right before a title game. It is different if it was just their normal end of the year game.

Doubt it. Even though this year is fricking insane I doubt he'd want his players distracted during a game where he can add a conference championship to his resume
