You do realize that he has not had a losing season at freaking UAB. UAB has only had 3 non losing season in thier history.

How can we recruit against the P5 when we roll into someones house with Bill Clark who was at Dothan high school not long ago or Prattville wherever. He needs to cut his teeth somewhere else. Not Auburn

They've talked about it, but I don't think they've done anything officially. It is fairly meaningless anyways.

Day is a good coach but I think somebody will have already scooped him up by 2021.

Dude, Bill Clark has only beena college HC one less year than Gus Malzahn

And he's a great recruiter, just look at the talent he's bringing into UAB

Same as we do now with the "offensive guru" who just score 9 points in a conference game.

He is. That's why he was a Jacksonville State and UAB. But go ahead and double down on stupid again.

About which part? No troll

I really think some of y'all are putting too much emphasis on P5 experience just bc y'all are gun shy from Gus.

I mean, would y'all rather have a winner from CUSA or a 5-19 P5 coach?

People downvoting my post, but go check out Grass' team stats. #1 Offense and #1 Defense in FCS. Dude can coach.

Didn't he get fired from Spain Park for punching a player or something?

Yea, T-Rob aint taking a demotion to come here. Just make T-Will co-defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. We need to lock him up as our next DC anyways.

Kick Steele to the curb then. Time to assemble an all star lineup of coaches.

It was a joke. If you want me to run with it, I will. Steele gets the demotion then.

Not nearly as good a recruiter, not as photogenic, and doesn’t have the swag that T Rob and T Will will bring. Steele, Goober, Herring, and CRG will round the defensive coaches out nicely.

I could live with this. He is funnier and a better coach than Kiffin which half this board is in love with for some reason

Younger Spurrier vs younger kiffin, no doubt. But right now Spurrier is trash and right now Kiffin is much improved as a coach and still an elite recruiter
