She likely could be hot, but because (much like gymnasts) she has enough makeup pasted on her face to be a clown, you can't really tell.
Why do gymnasts and equestrians do that heavy-heavy-makeup deal? So that it can be seen from a distance and look "normal" from a distance? Because when you get up close, its clown makeup, bro.

Believe it or not, I'm betting there's a 99% chance those brows are painted on.

Would make sense. Anecdote: Girl I went to HS with looks normal in person but caked on clown makeup in her horse photos
For gymnastics, it is also why their floor routines have dancing while the male equivalent doesn't. The females are expected to show "feminine grace" while men only focus on their gymnastic athleticism and execution.
