I don't actually believe this. I think Harsin is just not a very good coach. If Harsin ever wants to coach again, he wouldn't throw a game.

He's atrocious. Can't recruit or doesn't even try. Can't make in game adjustments. And he comes across as a jerk.

Fourth highest winning percentage of active coaches. You don’t just luck into that. He just isn’t a good fit.
