These are Game Day coaches while Hugh will probably say the tires on the team bus had low air pressure.
You guys that think Top 5 recruiting classes are going to save us on SEC Game days are sadly mistaken.
Our best QB is soft because our head “coach” is soft.

I've been pretty pro Lashlee as a hire. I think he's going to be good and is basically Gus without the stubbornness

Hugh and Elko are both good coaches. Yall over reactionary dummies.
We had basically 2 dead recruiting classes. Our junior and senior class are pathetic.

These are kind of fun...so let's throw out some other names that are coaching and having success without looking at what they inherited. can we throw Curt (former JMU) into this?
So I hope you anti-freeze guys have went and looked at what they had starting talent wise, their schedule, etc....A&M is a sleeping giant with the money they have & number of alumni. Indy is also huge and they can get money behind them, should we include Nebraska? Mizzu is having a bad day and look like they have been rocked and quit. Oh and don't look now UL has come back.
I get it you don't like Freeze but to say these other coaches would have us in a much better position by the second year is something that you probably couldn't back up with facts. Is Hugh the ultimate answer for us? too early to tell but will at least let him get another year and decide. only a couple of people left from Harsin's class which would be the senior leadership which is a problem we are having right now...

It’s all good. Auburn will be ok a few years down the road once this fraud sabotages himself in some way like he always seems to do.

our talent is in the Freshmen and Sophomore ranks overall, we do have a few in the Jr & Sr years but few. But we don't have real leadership at that level or else they would be taking over those roles. The underclassmen are having to step up so it will take time.

Coach, this is a valid argument when AU plays and loses against Georgia.
But somebody needs to point out the obvious: we have played 5 games, none of which have been against good teams, and we are 2-3. Oklahoma may be a good team when fully healthy, but that skeleton roster that they fielded against us is NOT a talented team (hence why we controlled 90% of the game). That senior WR from OU that cooked us didn't record a single reception in any other game this season. He had 1 reception for 13 yards in ALL of last season. The guy never plays for them, because he isn't good. That is what we somehow found a way to lose against.
You are making a talent-based argument, but we haven't lost a single game this season due to talent. So why bring this up? It is completely irrelevant.
I'm getting a little tired of the gas-lighting from Auburn fans.

Yeah I don’t want anyone tied to Gus unless their offense looks nothing like Gus. I like Rhett but we would do some some shite like give him 6 mil a year
