I see Prosch as a smarter, more versatile, more effective Eric Smith. Without the horrible attitude.

I think the horrible attitude is what helped make Eric Smith so effective at times.

I'm not sure about more versatile or effective than Smith, but it is safe to say Prosch is smarter.

Nope.

Seems like Gave Wright has been working hard so far. Apparently him, Prosch, and Ford were the only players to start our with green jerseys for the S&C program.

Gabe Wright did seem as though he had lost a little pudge when I saw him on campus recently.

I just hope him and everyone of the players take things more serious and work hard. I hated watching them give up last year.

Prosch is nowhere near as versatile as Eric Smith. Smith was an outstanding HS runningback and could catch the ball and was much more of a threat with the ball in his hands than Prosch could ever dream of being.

From the interviews with the guys today, they have a points system for every workout. Sounds like they start with 3 and can only lose points - they lose them for not going hard in a drill, not doing the right thing in a drill, etc. Green jerseys are the guys with the most points, then blue, then orange.

It sounded to me like not only were the workouts more intense, there were more of them.

If Jordan Diamond lost 4 pounds it isn't significant because the change of 1.2% body fat is nice but not THE BIGGEST deal

When Jay Prosch, who already sits around 9% body fat at 254 loses 4 pounds and drops north of 1.5% body fat, that is significant.

He had around 23 pounds of fat on his body before and he just lost 17% of all the fat in his body

How can you decipher this when he was barely on the field?

Of course I will never understand why a person would create a name based on a player or coach and their body part

It is the SECr/TD, not trying to earn street cred with a cool username. I was drunk when I made it and should have done GenesTeeth

I would switch it if I could but not upset that I can't.

You talking about the guy who dropped at least two touchdown passes in 2010?

That guy?

And versatile? OK...
