All I care about is results.

If we are bigger, stronger, faster, and meaner next year, I’ll be glad.

Maybe it's a metaphorical message "fricking up is going to be hard on you"

After thinking a bit I like.

Contact wise your S&C coordinator is the most important guy for a longer period than anyone else. And a wrong step here could be catastrophic. So even if Pittman is not the absolute best Harsin could have found. He's certainly someone that he could live with, the two know what's expected from each other, and the HC coach knows for certain what'll be done when he's not around.

Otherwise this deal would never have been made.

Didn’t Dye used to make players run the stairs in the stadium with bricks in their hands?

He also made them do Yoga at Boise State so he has some different techniques. Lets see how the team responds. If we have less injuries and a better push, then he is doing his job. I think I will withhold judgement but the teams at Boise seemed to be tough.

Maybe. But I can almost guarantee you that pat dye was never on the cutting edge of strength and development.

Harkens back to the old days when our men wore muscle shorts and the weak turned away in shock and awe.

Time to ride, baws

I'm fine with it. I just hope AU invests in the S&C program like other schools are doing. I believe Bama actually hired a PhD to take over their S&C program. Yeah, here's his bio:

quote:

• Launched a consulting company in 2001, providing direction in areas of athlete development, speed training, injury prevention and performance optimization to clients in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, International Olympic programs and top collegiate athletic departments.

• Advanced to full professor of kinesiology at A.T. Still University, based in Mesa, Ariz., where he taught courses in sports conditioning and exercise physiology.

Published nearly 100 studies in performance enhancement and lectured in seven different countries.

Bama's S&C program:

Auburn's:

I mean the Rocky method can work, I guess.

Cardio-intensive yoga should be mandatory at every D1 program. shite just plain works. Bring in DDP for a few weeks. He's right down the road.

I mean you better trust the mother fricker behind you, both athletically and as a matter of character, or you might get accidentally curb stomped with some shite like that.
