No chance this week. Even if we have the refs paid in full and cheat our butts off, this will be the ugliest game all year.

sorry if the blunt truth hurts you. This is a thread about future opponents. There are plenty of threads about what we did against LSU.

A Western Division 'ship, SEC 'ship, National 'ship wouldn't hurt either, I don't think. Suni Lee needs to speak to our team at some point. I have mentioned motivational speakers in the past. We all might be surprised at what a few words or messages at the right time is worth. I dare say we got a glimpse of that with Bo doing something that has not been done in 20 fricking years, frick LSU if they or we suck or not. PERIOD.

Nope we will struggle like crazy against the Uga defense. Bo will have to throw to cover Wrs and probably get picked off a couple times and everyone will be right back where they were last week with the Bo sucks crap. The OL has to block, the WRs have to get open and Bo has to deliver the ball. That has to happen around 30 times next week against UGa. It is what it is.

Corch? I am not a Corch, but I think you forgot something about catching the ball in there somewhere. That's important, right?

Then again, AU can ask others' to hold our beer with the best of them. But frick, what a HUGE game this is. Realism is realism, but shite happens. That's why they play the actual games and college football is still, at least for today and this week, the best fricking sport on the planet. PERIOD.

We had 47 rushing yards at the half. Tank had 2 yards on 4 carries. Most of our rushing yards in the second half was from Bo scrambling and the one long Hunter run.

It may not look great on paper, but we did what it took to win at LSU. Bad teams don't do that. How good are we or can we be? I think not a soul knows but we will find out again what this CBH coached team is made of win or lose. I would pay well to see it at JHS, but it's a long turn around. I am all Posi this week.

Something I haven't seen addressed is talent vs coaching. Of course, UGA is more talented at every position except RB. However, if we can somehow hang around, I firmly believe we have the better gameday coach. If, due to some luck or turnovers, this can come down to the 4th quarter, I like our chances.

I just looked at the Arkansas vs Georgia game and Arkansas got whipped in the trenches. Arkansas offensive line was slow and lacked mobility (which they are known for). Georgia's defensive line is extremely quick but not very big and they also like to blitz the linebackers quite frequently. Jefferson was not very mobile in the pocket either, when he gets going he is tough to bring down but he doesn't have much quickness. The long runs Georgia had were due to Arkansas being misaligned on defense. I think we stand a better chance of beating Georgia than Arkansas did.

How quickly people forgot, Arkansas won 3 SEC games in 3 years. And now, that aTm win looks about as good as thUGA’s Clemson win.

in retrospect, the a&m and utx wins were great for the arky program that pittman wants to build. but as far as this season, both of those teams are/were HIGHLY overrated and inflated the crazy hype surrounding arky. we've played a top 4 team in their own place and almost beat them even with all our mistakes. we broke the 20 year streak in baton rouge and made improvements throughout the game. this team knows how to battle. we definitely have a better chance than arky. i think the JH voodoo will be at work and we'll give them a tough fight. if we can avoid an explosive uga first quarter like they had against arky, it'll get interesting.

I think the likelihood is that we will get beat by a couple of touchdowns, maybe more. Their DL vs our OL is scary to think about. I don't think we will score a lot, even if the offense plays over their heads.
But, if the offense can play as well as they can and our defense plays very well, you put that together with some turnovers and maybe a few key calls going our way, it could happen. Not likely, but not out of the question.

You cant have it both ways. Our pass protection was great, especially against the league's sack leading defense.

Rushing lanes were hard to come by, but then again, they normally are against an lsu defense.

And throw in the fact that both P5 games, on the road, the OL has not given up 1 Sack with Bo in there.

It's not all Bo, as he has not scrambled on every pass play, that obvious.

I wouldn't say light years(that's stretching a little :)) ahead of last year, but I would say consistently better.

Pass protection has not been great. Bo is just escaping.
Running game has sucked for two games now

OL isn’t playing bad, nor great.. Just average.

Nobody said we’re a playoff team or not flawed. I said we have gotten better, which is a fact.

If arky could have just survived the initial onslaught it would have looked much better. That was partly due to it being at UGA. They will not have that energy from the stadium in their favor this weekend.

UGA would’ve played things differently had it not been 21-0 before peoples seats were warm.

Tank is hurt (not much of a secret now). Hunter had 6 carries for over 80 yards.
