Getting ready for a 13 mile run with the run group this AM. Mercedes Marathon in Feb.

Doing some walking and light jogging everyday now since I moved. Enjoying it and its working but my old fat body is slow to respond. Just some very light jogging along the way is all I can stand

I’m not drinking today. After the complete collapse on the Plains, I don’t want to break anything tonight, including my happy (currently) wife, happy life.

I figured it was just as well, as I’ll probably need it more tomorrow.
Drinking Youengling Hershey chocolate porters instead. Better than you might imagine.

I saw that in the store today and my first thought was gross. Not because I don’t like a flavorful porter but because that seemed like too much.

Didnt drink last night. Watched some of the other games with my son and wife. The NC/NC St game was awesome. Plus the UCF/USF. Pretty fun games to watch
Drove in to the shop yesterday morning and worked 5-12. Got some stuff shipped then came home and enjoyed the absolute perfect weather. Hit the pool for a while then had some leftovers.
Heading to the farmers market today and getting some big pieces of Salmon and smoking them on the smoker. Hopefully another great day.
