Jang is in his own home I assume, socks with slides work IMO.

I rarely wear socks these days unless I’m in the office or running

Yep I only rock slides at the house. Never in public. Used to wear them after the gym but oofos ate into a huge chunk of slides time.

Yeah, same goes for me too. I had melanoma a few years ago. Had to have it cut out. Anesthesia wore off in the middle of the procedure. I stay out of the sun now unless I have SPF 50 sunblock on.
I am spending the afternoon watching my brother's grandson who is on the autism spectrum. He is performing the 1812 Overture...in flatulence.

Wasn’t a fan of slides until our home was 100% tile or hardwoods. Now my old arse can’t live without them

We have all ceramic tile as well. Zero carpet. Yes it is tough on your old man legs and feet.

My wife has a pair of croc flip flops she keeps inside. LOL. I have a pair of house shoes but rarely wear them. I have gone without shoes so long, Im use to it.

Today I learned that the stocked trout in the Sipsey Fork will eat a black Spotsticker buzzbait.

Same here. Came home from being away for a few weeks due to reserve duty many moons ago and the wife had the boys rip up all the carpet in the house.

I cleaned out all of the home depots in the area from Sarasota to St Pete to get this engineered bamboo that went through out the house. And some tile in areas Redid the house a few years ago, Still have the wood but now have better tile in areas.

Son & I had sinus issues with the carpet but once it was out, cleared up well.

I wear flops (sans socks) all over the place now...

I did that 4 or 5 years ago. Angry spot dangling on the other hook, it was unfun. Luckily I had my youngest with me and he was able to get the hook out of the fish, but for those 90 seconds while that fish was flopping, I wasn't a fan.

I have lipped thousands of bass until that one. Not going to lie, it changed the way I land them now.

That's why I was so mad at myself, because I've been more cautious unless it's a giant. I was lazy and didn't want to retie, should have cut the lure off and pulled line through.

I also didn't have a decent pair of side cutters on the boat, just some needle nose with cutters at the base. I've got a pair now that cuts hooks like butter.

I had a 6 year old little girl step on a hook in my boat in a guide trip once. Talking about fun. Got it in her heel.

I am planning to do that in my home as well. It is next on the list after the bathroom renovation project is complete.

Ours is all tile and I love it. I hate carpet. It eventually smells and just doenst look good once it older. Plus, we are messy AF and tile makes for easy clean up.

That is my motivation to get rid of carpet. My father tracks in dirt faster than I can clean it up. I keep telling myself to be glad that he isn't tracking in cow manure.

Nice. Trout is not my favorite. I eat it sometimes but it is just fishy tasting bad. Those are nice and will make some great fillets.....

It has been a long time since I caught a trout.

Our entire lanai and pool decking is pavers. With sand of course. We get that stuff on our feet and bring it in all the time. The tile is just easy clean up.

We have that tile that looks somewhat like boards. It is 3 feet long and maybe 8" wide. The entire house has the same tile. OF course it's gray. Everything is gray

All hardwoods here. Every room on the main floor except two spare bedrooms that we don't use anymore. Super easy to clean.
