If we won the NMSU Game this would all be different.

If we had just won the NMSU game we would be in such a better place mentally tonight.

Won 4 in a row and kept it close against Bama and UGA. We would be feeling close and moving in the right direction.

Now we are shook and hoping this staff and players can shake off the two worst losses in
Auburn history.

We will remember this loss forever but the NMSU loss is the real backbreaker.

Nope.

This loss.
The NMSU loss.

It ain’t CHFs fault but….

Last year Miss St for sure

2021 bama… et cetera.

For anyone defending 2020 to now—-it’s all of it

This loss was expected. But the way it happened was soul crushing.

It wasn't a backbreaker.

I’ll remember the New Mexico st loss. That’s when we the lowest of lows this year.

Tonight’s loss sucks but we were so over matched.

Bu we did lose that game. And that is all that matters. Its not about anything else. We have had close calls in the past just like other teams. But we actually loss that one and yes, it will matter down the road. It will not be forgotten.

The win was literally in our hands.... A win that has been hard to come by. We havent won since 2019......We needed to steal a win when we have no talent to help keep the series record close, while also keeping Saban's record looking average against Auburn wouldve been special. New Mexico means literally nothing to me.

This. I’d feel the same with a New Mexico St victory. That game didn’t matter. It was embarrassing.

The Iron Bowl matters. A lot. We could have made serious noise by knocking Alabama out of the playoffs. It would have been a statement victory for Freeze. A shock to the world.

And we had it. Right in our hands. And somehow lost.

Seems likely we were game planning for UA game during the week leading up to NMst and now we have succeeded in losing both games. Both will be disappointing and memorable loses for a long time.

He is absolutely right. You cant watch that game and say we were overmatched. We were not. Maybe on some stupid recruiting profile but not on the grass in JHS.

We played with our hair on fire last night. But if we actually had close to similar talent we would start thumping them. When was the last time we beat them by 2 TDs at home?

Gus aint shite.

Nope.

As the joke goes with many alumni. AU could lose all its games except for one, the IB against bamuh. Win that one and everything would be OK.

Anytime we lose to bamuh and sabun sux. We gave it our all yet fate was on their side.
