You rank them like a draft board but you certainly cant just chose them, lots of negotiation back and forth, and not just about money, but vision, control, hiring, organization structure, etc. You dont agree then you move on down the board.

And your first choice is not your first choice if there is disagreement on the aforementioned. Ill give you a winning program....with 18 scandals and probation in a couple of years. Ill bring 5 stars the first year, then piss off boosters and never get another dollar to get the next set of recruits. Lots of reasons we may not see.

So stop with all the....he has failed, the process is a mess, we missed on our first 18 choices and all the other nonsense.
