If Harsin being fired is a done deal, what's the advantage in waiting?

I just can't think of one.

The only reason I can think of is to make him endure the same arse whipping we are all going to have to endure next week, but that’s just me being petty and vindictive.

No advantage if they have already fired him. They haven’t. But it’s soon

I highly doubt it’s already a done deal. More than likely social media across the country is wrong and he leaves after the season.

Strangely I thought he could have saved his job with a win today and then beat Two of Arkie, Ole Miss and TAMU.

I also see no advantage to doing it now.

He ain’t saving his job. Nothing he can do.

He isn’t the right fit. His priorities don’t line up with long term success. He’s banking on snaking by week by week and hoping to hit a homerun in the portal.

Watching Emory Jones on Arizona State vs USC. We should have chased him

Maybe the PTB are trying to decide on an interim head coach.
