Agree. We missed on some guys. But my point was to the people saying Auburn can not recruit. We can. We have and we will once again

The question is, will it be with the Boise guy or not

Ridiculous take. He deserves time to recruit his offense. msu won the middle eight and Auburn had zero answers on either side of the ball.

Luke did you expect to win a natty this year with the o-line Gus left us? This will take time to fix, be patient grasshopper.

I never said Auburn can’t recruit. I said we don’t recruit top 5, and probably won’t.

It’s the defense. I miss Steele. Mason sucks arse.

Chizik did, because he actually brought in some stud recruiters. Harsin brought in some retread duds that nobody was excited about.

He got recruiting stars but didn't fill team needs.

Steele had D Brown and Marlon Davidson. Our talent isn’t anywhere near what it was on the D Line. With that said, Mason definitely isn’t helping anything by only rushing 3 the whole game, when it obviously wasn’t working.

I expected 6-6 or 7-5 and that is where we will be. There have been some failures that I was not expecting though. I believe our talent level is better than today. Same with Ga State. Those games are on this years coaches

Georgia is and has been way ahead of us
Bama is ahead of us.

That leaves Ole Miss, Arkansas, Penn St. I always expect us to beat Ole Miss. Yes we lose to them every once in a while but we are a better over all program

Texas AM is a toss up. We have not loss to them in college Station till this year though

We should also beat Arkansas most years

I like Harsin. Or I will say that I like what he says. Im not sure if he can back up what he says or if it is all just talk. We will see. I dont like the adjustments or lack of them. I dont like that he seems to just let his coordinators make big mistakes and not intervene. People hit Gus for meddling but right now, meddling sounds pretty good. He needs to make adjustments if they wont

What happened today was embarrassing. Like Randy said. One of the worse things I have ever seen in 40 years of Auburn football. It will not settle for a while.

This is my thing. We don’t have the personnel to not bring more guys to pressure the QBs. Yet mason has us as sitting ducks.

Today was the first time that I had doubts about him. Mason sucks though.

It's both. The defense allowed no touchdowns last week and we still got blown out.

Both units are hugely inconsistent and just not very good. They show glimpses and then just totally fall apart.

You smoking crack? Chizik wasn’t a good game day coach, but he left Malzahn with a loaded roster. The only exception was probably at linebacker.

Steele may have had brown and davidson but everyone else could at least tackle. The pass rush is non existent, they cant stop a slant to save their lives and mason only makes adjustments in the 4th quarter but didnt even do that today. Tackling is atrocious at times.

I think when I looked a few years ago, Gus actually had a higher recruit rating average than Chizik did. Might’ve changed with the ‘21 class, although I’m not sure either coach deserves credit or blame for that one given the circumstances. It was a relatively narrow margin

Meh. He didnt leave a QB.... Malzahn brought in a corner and rode him to Pasadena

The recruiting has not been perfect but its been good for 12 years. Till now. Even so, no way we lose to State with what we have

Not like this

40 points unanswered should be fireable for someone. I’ve never see that before. That’s absurd.

DLine has been just fine. We’ve had 5 4star DL leave the past year through the portal or other reason. Maybe they didn’t like or trust Harsin who knows but we had the bodies for sure. OL has been a cluster
