My BiL's mom passed the day before Mother's Day, and had a coworker whose father died in the car on the way home from their Father's day lunch a couple years ago. Treasure your parents because you just never know.

Just chilled yesterday with the wife. Cooked her and her girlfriend next door omelets and pancakes outdoors. Had a great day.
My father has been in the hospital for a few weeks in Atlanta so my mother has been dealing with that. Hopefully he is coming home today.
She will more than likely be down here in the next few weeks and I will take her to dinner. Or cook her some fish. It’s her favorite. Glad I still have her to do that.

He is fine. Thanks. Came home yesterday and is doing good. He is a very tough old SOB
