I was hoping for his Trooper impression on the sideline. Where will we turn for towel waving now?

Edited for failed joke.

Short is 5-10 yard range. Intermediate is 11-15 yard range. 16+ is deep.

more or less.

Sorry, Parkjas.. I was trying to make a joke about how we haven't seen accuracy to those parts of the field in some time... sounded better in my head.

wow
Not really when you consider their pass D was 98th in the nation last year. What is wow for the wrong reason for them is the 2 INTs versus their Turrible secondary.

CB Jonathon Mincy on a new style of play? "We're going to play more man and get in their face and disrupt their routes." THANK GOD!

You mean we're allowed to cover the receivers within 10 yards of the LOS? That rule must be brand new.

Wow was for throwing the ball 58 times in a scrimmage. and 2 picks in 58 attempts isn't that bad IMO

The 2nd string QB threw the ball 47 times... they also had a third stringer come in for the last couple drives.

That's over 110 pass attempts in a spring game...

by contrast, Wallace and Frazier combined for 46 attempts in the A-Day game.

It's not terrible. However, it is below average. That would land him in the bottom quarter of the SEC for att/int ratio.

Ken Carter is working in front of Daniel
Sanders is working front of Eguae and Lawson

No mention of Owens in practice pressers.

That looks about right, but I think Swain gets the nod behind McKinzey for the time being and Young will be the first OL in off the bench and Danzey will play at G as well. I really don't know what the S spot will look like behind Whitehead, Holsey and Smith. Fisher maybe? Sounds like Frazier will eventually get on the field there. I wouldn't be surprised to see him out there for a few plays on Sat just to get his feet wet. Whitaker would probably only start because he's a Sr and we'll get heavy rotation at DT.

yeah... there's really only a few places that are up in the air... a couple spots on the OL, WR, and DE. We pretty much know who the starters are at most positions.

That 2 deep for the offense looks about right. I personally think Young starts somewhere or at least I hope he does.

On defense, I would put Whitaker in the 2nd rotation and put Wright in the first.

I think Lawson is ahead of Owens.

And one of the coaches said Swain is the backup to McKinzy the other day.

I know Tunde is listed at #2 behind Dismukes, but I don't see him coming in, if somethings happens. I think they would shuffle in Young and move Kozan over to Center.

Also, I'm not excited about being one injury away from one of the Ryans coming in.

if think if dismukes got injured mid-game, then tunde would come in. If they have a week to prepare someone, i'm with you... i don't think TF would start and kozan would slide over to center.
