And the possession of pot 4 is a nothingburger. Kyle Davis which was kicked off was a likable, well-dressed suburban Atlanta kid that cared more about the partyboy life, than football but not a bad kid. Either way I think all 4 were good kids.

Electric scooter is what I've heard. Something about taking a rented one from someone and not bringing it back to them or something like that. Don't know the exact details or even if that is true

Maybe he woke up the morning after, saw what he was with and took her scooter to get away versus being forced to go for morning delight.
He might counter with a "me too" defense that he was fighting against a date rape. Given today's "gender" issues, he can add in that he was just going to the drugstore for a morning after pill.

I dont think we are back, this is a wee bit different than shooting and killing people.
