Hello spots

Lanier, I have a question about a Striper trip on Lake Lanier coming up. Any help you could give in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
So, my FIL has been obsessed with Redfish for the past 5 years or so. He bought a camper to to keep down in Venice, LA for a couple months of the year and has been going several times a year for a week or more at a time. Problem is, he is getting up there in age and the drive from NE AL to Venice just wipes him out and he has gotten to where he can't go alone anymore. He will be 78 in a couple weeks and just isn't as spry as he used to be. Someone took him Striper fishing last month and he has been just as obsessed with it as he is redfish now.
Anyway, he has booked a two week trip to Lake Lanier here in about a month. He got a camp site somewhere and is going to take his camper. However, he is leaving his boat in Louisiana for my BIL and nephew to use on a trip they've got planned. He has asked me to look around for some guides that can take us out a few times. I'm only gonna be there for a week so I'm trying to find a reputable guide that will treat him right.
So any suggestions you could give? The only thing I've done is just Google Lanier guides and there's so many that I don't even really know where to begin. If you could just give me a couple names of companies or captains I could check out and possibly find an opening in their schedule it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Have him call Clay Cunninghan and tell him that I sent you guys. He is fantastic up there.
Clays website
Clay has been guiding up there for a long time and does the best keeping up with the fish..
If for some reason, you cant get on his schedule. Let me know. I will recommend someone else.

Recruiting played a big role in people posting and that really has changed substantially. College football was my go to each year, but now my interest and support is waning as it did with most professional sports. I’m sure I will be drawn in to see how this season unfolds. It’s just lost some of its magic that it used to hold for me.
Sucking and losing your rivals every year kind of sucks too.

Don’t let the news media get you down. We’ve grossly underperformed for many years now. Freeze wasn’t rolling out excuses for this year so there is promise. I’m sure he wanted another ‘free’ year but it’s now setting in that it’s now or never for Freeze. Let’s hope he’s up to the task and that Jackson Arnold plays like Joe burrow. That’ll perk your spirits up…

I checked his website you linked. Just have to get with my FIL and see exactly what days he wants to go.
I figured you would be as good as anyone to point us in the right direction. Thanks again.

It's sad that someone can guess who your shitty builder was. How do people still use him?
Well you know it is either or around here. We made them spend millions in last years elections trying to elect their puppets but we beat them in their local elections.
Down my street Neal built houses that have bathroom plumbing issues brand new & were telling a couple of people that they would fix their problem but not tell their neighbors.
Both have been guilty of cutting Mangroves here but no fines or penalties.
Berouff has a development where the water has growth in it and is undrinkable because of plumbing it into the development. The residents got together to sue & he said go ahead. Oh yeah his company is still the board for their HOA so residents have had issues if they were vocal.
Sorry for the rant but that is how I know. They got some of our local party elections nullified by working with our state republicans to shut my county down because we beat their puppets in the local election where they spent millions. These two are destroying my county with their developments. We can't sustain it in water alone.

What you boys up to today? Friday off and just chillin all day. Been on the boat all week and I needed a break. Back out in the bay tomorrow.
Having some ribs and Rita’s today with friends and just hanging around the pool.
That would be fresh squeezed lime juice, light agave and Don Julio tequila all shaken together in the correct proportions.
Hope you are all doing well.
