Chip was making a 1.1 million per year (Crazy Money) and the board was tired of paying a lot of money to average coaches.

I am good with that tho. I see no value in paying assistant coaches millions per year. If the HC does gos job and implements a program, then finding good coaches shouldn't be a problem. We shouldn't have to over pay for someone to do their job.
