Not upset about Womack flipping. I figured it was going to happen like a week ago. Surprised it took so long. We have 2 legit freshman safeties anyway, so the turnover combined with the depth probably made that decision a little easier.
I wanted to keep that OL though. He's raw, but guys like that have high upside if they can be developed. Hopefully we get a wave of OL commits soon.

We aren’t winning many games in the SEC signing the #1635 ranked recruit. We all bitched about Harsin doing the same thing.

It’s baffling. Falzone had a story last night how he was signing Wednesday and singing all the praises and then today is decommitting. WTF happened in less than 24 hours? Auburn has really screwed this up somehow. We are going to miss signing much of a class for 2026 and putting the program in a hole to dig out of to start Golesh’s start.

Not discrediting his abilities but what gives to everyone on the radar is a 3*.

You are probably correct but why the 0N3 article from yesterday about him meeting with Golesh and singing his praises. Would he have been told that yesterday? I don’t care about losing Falzone as he was a project anyways. It’s the optics that is confusing to me.

I mean he was at a school that basically is not able to get anything better than three stars. And now we are losing a good recruiting staff (that was not winning games) that the recruits had built connections to. It is natural to lose recruits and also have the first new recruits be the top guys that he liked at his other school. Lets see where we stand in a couple of weeks but it’s not really reasonable to expect him to be grabbing top high school talent two days in.

I guess we're gonna need to have some faith and let him cook, but these shorter, lighter, 3* are underwhelming...

Because signing day is in two days and the only kids he’s been recruiting for the past few years have been 3*s.
This high school class was gonna be small for months now. His energy needs to be on the guys on the roster and then the portal.
