I can assure you 100% that Lance Thompson will not be Auburn's DC. Ever.

Thompson would like to stay to get vested in state retirement plan.

I'd rather have Pruitt than anyone else.

Oh. I didn't think it mattered whether we made it. My bad.

I think it makes the most sense. Keep the same scheme probably keep the staff pretty much together & you might have the next up & coming DC stud

Sucks to lose Muschamp but we knew we were signing up for a short stint. Was hoping we would get 2 years out of him but at least he got us Cowart, Holland & Davis

Sources: Will Muschamp has NOT resigned at Auburn. Situation can change, of course, but as of this minute he has NOT resigned.

4) Anyone but Lance

The only way Lance is hired is if he is Co-DC with TRob

So we're accepting that David Pingalore is a legitimate and well connected reporter?

At some point you just got to trust someone will do the job. Muschamp promoted DJ Durkin and that guy has ridden that rocket to a HC position in 2 years

Maybe Trob can be our head coach in 2 years

Well he's a reporter at the Orlando Sentinel so he's at least somewhat legitimate.

No one has really accepted that Muschamp is officially gone so I don't know what you're complaining about.

Not complaining, just trying to remain in reality.

Charles Kelly would be a great hire if he kept Lance Thompson and Trob
