He got charged with a felony today. I don't think he'll be visiting Duescheland any time soon.

He will be tried and serve any jail time needed for offense and then they will deport him.

He will be tried, the judge will "fine" him, give him back his passport, and the dude will return to Germany.

Yeah I am thinking that if he was a normal citizen he would get a fine and probation, but since he is a foreigner, in lieu of probation he gets a few days in the lee county
