Everything feels different around the locker room. We never wanted to work out with the last staff. Now we got guys that want to wake us up at 4am to work out and we also made a promise to sit in the first two rows of class.

While I think you and I have joked about this exact post coming from our writers earlier this year, I will give Cole some benefit of the doubt here. Between Golesh's kickoff press conference and what they are doing with keeping the guys off campus, I actually don't doubt that day one probably felt significantly different than any time under Harsin or Freeze. Point still stands, at this point we need to see results on the field.

Yea, its just fun. sorry WP got his feeling hurt. I have been hearing how different things are from every single coach in the past 40 years. Almost none of them were different.
Lets see how the games go. Rubber will meet the road on the turf. Not in the locker room and not on the practice field. I like Golesh. I dont think he is a moron like our last coach which I knew was a moron from the day he was hired. Comrad Golesh may change things forus. Im hoping for that.
But writers need something to write about.

Can’t embed a Facebook video but just saw one with Golesh talking to Brian Williams for holding the ball like a loaf of bread and said “that’s a lazy arse rep. Don’t waste a fricking rep”. So glad we’re back to having a football coach. Even if he isn’t the guy, this is the type of guy I want coaching Auburn football.
