Kid gives a helluva effort even as he has limited talent, and our players needed to see a guy out there giving it 100% on every second he’s in there. Especially on perimeter defense

Big win and much needed, let's hope it's not a one off.

This team is capable of a sweet 16 with the right draw. They just need some big wins. This was another Quad1. Arkansas is a Tourny team for sure.

This was a big win- but the A&M home loss means not only do we have to hold court at home but steal 2 on the road. Not impossible but a real challenge with the portfolio we’ve seen to date. I am always going to be glass half full, especially after a game like tonight. That said, games like A&M need to be few and far between.

It’s an AUsome day when we win and the Turds lose!

Today was very nice. Surprising.

It's always nice to trash talk Arkansas

DNP:Coach’s Decision

Said he was late to a meeting or something. Good for SP.

I have heard nothing. I hope that was the reason he was not in our rotation.

Magwood was involved in all the warm ups before and during the game. Had uniform on but kept t-shirt over jersey entire time. Definitely did not look like anything physically bothering him, (was actually shooting really well), so I would agree it seemed like a disciplinary issue. Which actually makes the blow out more impressive considering the 10 min play of Muschalek had to put in.

Side note, post game prayer at center court involved nearly everyone that could getting a hand on Emeka. Sure hope whatever is going on with the young man that he’s okay.

Any word on if we received the medical waiver for a midseason transfer for his spot?

Haven't heard anything further than the staff was trying for it. Kinda seems unlikely at this point.
