The extended highlight is even better. The guy only went one for two on the freebies. Dylan got a run down block Jeremiah Fears to follow. Called a foul and reversed upon review.

Does the NCAA review fouls in college ball?

Just wish he had done the seatbelt gesture or whatever that was he and Broome did so many times last year after blocks

Nope. It’s been proposed I think.

Shoutout to Bruce for sticking with him. IIRC, DC didn’t even play his senior year or HS. Bruce stuck with him, DC stuck with Auburn, and now DC is living a dream. Great rep of Auburn, great person, etc. I have nothing negative that I can say about the guy.

In a world of what have you done for me lately, it really is nice to see a guy that just enthusiastically busted his butt and not only was given the patience to improve but was willing to put in the effort to do so, and it pay off. He is what college athletics “should” be.

Has Broome been injured or is he just not getting much playing time?

Looks like he had a knee surgery in February and is still recovering.

He looked good in their summer league.
Hope he makes a good recovery.

There’s a picture of my kids with Dylan somewhere on my phone from where we went down to Jordan-Hare a few years ago for a football game. Need to find that shite.

Dude was the ultimate ambassador for Auburn off the court while he was here.
