He’s very emotional. Hopefully he can get on some TRT and get those estrogen levels down.

It’s my mid-life crisis. Some guys turn 45-50 and buy a corvette. I joined a band.

Once uncle Donald gets those mortgage rates down and I can refinance this casa, I will be headed that way.

Got a dup post somehow. To Lanier, yes the boat works well there. The great thing about my mid-life crisis is a get paid instead of having to spend. Not much, but it funds cool gear purchases from time to time.

Yea, unfortunately I am not getting cash out of my hobbies. Everything costs.

On a side note, the fishing business has been good. No complaints. Not sure what happened in September but things caught fire and I basically have not slowed down. Compared to last year,

September up 70%
October - Doubled last years sales
November - Almost matched last November and its only the 9th

I could basically work 24 hours a day right now and not catch up

I like where things are headed.

Hope business continues to go well. Maybe if you start to get too much business you could bring Jang on as a bait apprentice.

I have been working like crazy and am enjoying a weekend at home. I spent the morning doing laundry and making a big pot of Brunswick stew. Then spent a half hour crawling around looking for the cat's balls. I finally found them under the sofa.
I plan to watch the Alabama -LSU game tonight. Go Tigers!
I hope all members of the Auburn family have a wonderful weekend.

Just realized this is the drinking/cooking/cussing thread.’

I’ll probably have a couple shots of Stohli during the gig and a beer or two. Hope the have some good solid beer on tap. Light beer is for tourists and girly men.

No cooking today but going to do up some grilled steak and chicken tomorrow for fajitas. I’m off Monday so drinking will probably be involved there.

Lastly, frick yeah! Been in a great mood all week.

You had to know it was coming.

Have some pork on the smoker then I have some wings ready to go on with some Conecuh sausage going on there. That is one of the best things to ever come out of Alabama.

Enjoy your weekend off and give the cats balls a break.

Ive never tried that. Went to a bar a few weeks ago and a friend got one. I was going straight Woodford and didnt want to cloud the water

Interesting drink last night. Blackberry Crown with a shot of Grand Mariner then top off with Zero Lemonade.

Im not much of a mixed whiskey guy but that was pretty good.

The espresso martini’s are the going fad at the moment, but done properly, they are very good.

I’m the same, usually don’t do the blended whiskeys, but back in the younger years, I’d on occasion do a drink of the Birddog blackberry whiskey mixed with a little lemonade. Definitely a great summer afternoon mixed drink.

I probably should have. Ever since we got the cat two years ago, every toy she has winds up under the furniture. She must have a dozen plastic balls with bells inside of them. I spend way more time slithering around on the floor than a person my age ought to.
Looks like tasty sausage!

Try Woodford Double Oak if you haven’t

Yes sir, I have a bottle of that as well.

If I am not mistaken, SingleMalt recommended it and I bought a bottle. Along with a few of his other recommendations...

How does that work? Is it a regular old fashion and then they pour in some espresso? Or is the espresso subbed for one of the other ingredients?
