He had 64% completion for his Auburn career! Just like Thorne, he looked great during less tier teams.

Stidham had the 2nd highest passing yardage season in AU history in 2017. Beat 2 #1 Teams. And played BIG in those games...

Thorne has NOTHING on Studham

If you go and look at the offense in 2017, Its the same RPO offense we run now... except Stidham actually gave Kerryon the ball on those reads

Thats honestly the most balanced offense I remember us having outside of 2004

I want to believe in Fairy Tale Lanier.

I saw some really negative comments about you in this thread. I think what some people do not get is you would LOVE to be proven wrong.

I think Hugh is a no talent piece of shite --- I would love to be proven wrong and harassed endlessly on internet message boards.

Thorne’s brain really should be studied for science how he has no problem throwing it up for the WRs to make a play against non P4 teams and then how he triple pumps and refuses to throw it against P4 teams.

We are playing in Tuscaloosa while they have the best roster in the nation and I think we trade punches with them. I am not convinced we are going to be able to force Milroe in bad decisions, but I like our attitude.Give me Hunter on offense and Riddick playing well and we can win and they will fold.

If Auburn wins, I’m sure Lanier will give him his props.

It will be a huge win. And I will say so. Like I always have.. Sorry you cant take people who call a spade a spade and dont hope for everything.

Here is a question for you, Mr talent is everything.

Alabama has basically made all the playoffs since the inception of the system. We also know they've always had the most talent and the best coach. But this year, all the sudden they're not even probably gonna make the 12 team playoff and have had their worst year in a decade. They still have either the best or the second best roster in football. But what changed?

Maybe the SEC office is getting diluted with the recent additions?

I think that answer lies between its easier to slack off and get worse than it is to work hard take your lumps and get better and coaching for sure. With that said I think we are going to continue to get better.

I'm old enough to remember a massive underdog AU team with Cadillac and Ronnie Brown out for the Iron Bowl. We may be very out-talented, but there's derision with one team, while the other is coming together. Let Milroe throw one interception, and the boo birds will come out big time. Then we feast!

We have shown massive improvement over the course of this season, but you only want to be negative, and your OP is a clear example. This TEAM learned how to win last Saturday, facing superior talent.

That's a whole bunch of words for such a simple question. Here's the answer. Our team, became a team. Our super young talent just grew up before your eyes, We jelled. On the other side, all those 5* players, and prima donnas, aren't getting the discipline that the old coach was laying down. They've got "Im your friend" instead of "I'm the boss" coach. They are turning on each other, just like their spoiled fan base is turning on the HC and the QB.

Your OP stated that we are enjoying our last win of the season, and we would lose the last two games. I sincerely hope you enjoy the crow when you come out 100% wrong, and we come out bowl eligible. The pressure is all on one team, and the other has zero to lose. I LOVE this spot!

Yep. You were wrong, and will continue to be wrong. The future is bright. Take those dark glasses off, open the curtains, and jump on this thing that is being built. It's going to be a hellavu ride!
