re: Complaining about Bo Nix won’t get us anywhere.

Yeah I mean there is a reason Bo Nix is being asked to throw it 45 times and being trusted to run around. It’s because they do trust him, and because the rest of our personnel isn’t good enough to have a prayer against these good teams

I didn't see your PFF grades. So I can't comment. As for this thread, Bo Nix has made the same mistakes for almost 3 seasons now. We can critique his play especially on a football centric message board.

This year he is in a brand new offense with the least amount of help that he has ever had.
Sure there are some things that will stick with Bo, but I still don't know what you expect from him.

PFF also credited the wide receivers with 8 drops for the game, and 23 drops to lead the SEC for the season.

These losses are on a lot of people bro, sorry.

Bo Nix finished the game with 21 completions from 38 attempts. Three of the in-completions were “throw-aways,” and his receivers dropped eight passes. Of the dropped passes, three would have extended drives.

Bo has the task of being surgical with the placement of his passes if he is not already rushed into a busted play because the receivers arent getting open and the OL aren't "fine."
When the play gets busted if Bo can manage to escape the first wave of defenders then big play potential is (finally) there as defensive backs probably got sucked into the busted play.
We have been struggling in several other metrics including broken tackles, YAC, and YPA...so busted plays and the occasional nice run will probably continue to be our big play 2021 AUburn offense. Not comforting at all.

OL and RBs are fine. That loss was all Bo.
Its all Bo Nix's fault. smh
Take a lap

WRs are not good so far.
QB is also bad. The commentators, every game, talk the same things: happy feet, bails out of the pocket too soon, waits for WRs to be open before throwing, goes through progressions too fast…. Same stuff since day one.
Tremendous athlete, just not a good QB yet… it’s like the game hasn’t slowed down for him.

Exactly. The reason he starts ducking invisible linemen is because 95% of the time, there are real linemen to to duck. QB’s get spooked

Its as if you anti Bo fans made your mind up and see what the frick you want to see and not whats really happening.

The announcers literally said all that multiple times. They talked about how he checked off a double move that would’ve been a TD, waited too long to make the throw, bailed out of pockets instead of stepping up…
He isn’t the sole reason we have lost 2 games… when you’re the QB, you get the glory and the rest…

eta: point being there were missed opportunities every where and the ENTIRE Auburn team found ways to lose that game. EVERY player is responsible for that shitastrophe

Wow I actually thought Council was even worse then that. Bo should have thrown him the ball instead of ducking out of the perfect pockets our OL always makes. Maybe Council can catch the "fast ball" /sarcasm

You ain't wrong. Davis basically pushed Brahms in Bo's lap on that play.

Some of you fellas are taking Ls badly. Read the “I’m ready for Bo to move on” thread and get back at me. Or any other thread this season where I’ve defended Bo.
Spoiler- it was clearly sarcasm.

Most aren't invisible. Most are all up in his junk... But there was at least one play where there was pressure... but Bo absolutely ducked an invisible defender.

Also not bitching about Bo but throwing fastballs to RBs (Worm) who hasn't even turned around yet is also pretty bothersome.
Yes our OL sucks...The WRs haven't been taught to be the real WR's we need in this offense... It isn't all on Bo... But to imply that Bo has done all he can and it's others causing his issues... is... well... naive at best.

I’m not saying Bo is perfect. He has his own mental gaffes, but he is screwing up less than the rest. He graded out the highest on the whole team by PFF at 80.6 against Georgia. But you know, QBs make decisions and throws; WRs make catches and plays.
Shivers needs to step it up too. Bo did hit Shivers hip when Shivers wasn’t looking and that wasn’t Shivers fault. However, the other times were Shivers and he needs to catch the got damn ball if he wants to be a 3rd down back in the NFL.

OL is not fine. Bo threw some bad passes and does dumb things when scrambling, but he threw plenty of good passes that should otherwise have been caught.
