Tried to play golf yesterday and had a heat stroke. Body cramps so bad that I had to stop my round midway through. Puked everywhere, couldnt keep anything down for over 12 hours. Tried to get an IV from urgentcare but they didnt provide that service. Just spent last night cramping so bad I couldnt move. Back spasms, foot cramps, arm cramps, my fricking abs cramped so bad It was just a knot of muscle for minutes. Excruciating pain. Maybe an hour of sleep.

Did find out a neat trick though. If you ever cant keep water down when dehydrated and your stomach is in shambles, try drinking a barqs root beer. The sassafras helps soothe the stomach to where you can actually keep it down.

Stay hydrated fellas.

Damn man. That sucks. You may struggle here. I got out this afternoon and planted some plants for the wife, put out some mulch and pulled some weeds. Then pressure washed the pool area/ pool cage. It was hot AF. I had to jump in the pool

I honestly stay dehydrated. I hate those fricking cramps.

Today, I walked the dogs early this morning and then brunch was a doughnut, a Salty Dog and lobster roll and then a nap for a couple of hours.

Just got back from the bar and eating some wings and watching the Braves stomp on the Pirates. I'll be in bed by 10. Hope you all are having a good weekend.

about to burn some burgers on the grill tonight. Tomorrow, smoking some ribs all day. Doing some planting for the wife and putting some bird spikes on my pool cage so the blue herrin will not shite all over my cage at night.

I am trying to keep from shooting his arse but it has not been easy. Dude sleeps on the corner of my pool cage and shits 5 gallons down the side of it all night. Next is the 12 gauge

I think I have some circulation issues in my lower legs. I have constant leg cramps at night. I believe it is caused by dehydration and my shite lifestyle of sitting all day long and not getting enough exercise. fricking sucks

the only exercise I get is walking and I try to get about 10,000 steps a day which is about 4 miles. it's not much but if I didn't walk, I wouldn't be doing any exercising. Hope your legs feel better.

I have major stomach issues still from the removal of my gall bladder a few years ago. That is how I end up dehydrated. I drink plenty. LOL. And I’m talking water, Powerade.

It is what it is. Been an issue now for 4 years. Walking/light jogging helps when I can get motivated to do it.

There is a supplement called Fosfree that works great for leg cramps. I discovered it back in my powerlifting days. It is hard to find so the next best option is tonic water with quinine. Tastes bitter but adding some juice helps a little bit.

Damn. Never had hydration issues. Put in 10 miles Sat AM. It was 77 degrees at 6AM and nearly 100% humidity. It was hard, but never felt bad. I’m a big fan of LMNT. I take a running water bottle, put some of that in it with water, and freeze it. It melts along the way.

I have some ribs going. About to take them off the smoker, unwrap them and give them one more hour or so and we will be done. First time I have tried this method

New outdoor kitchen is getting a workout lately. I think my wife tricked me. She has retired from cooking. Made her pancakes and bacon on the griddle this morning.

Benched for the weekend with a head cold. But the ribs still tasted pretty damn good. Hopefully this is the last down day.

Mine were amazing. My first time doing the 2-2-1 method. I will be doing that for now on

My son wanted to fight my wife for the leftovers.
