I mean no doubt if it is strictly based on that, but I guarantee it doesnt hurt

I pray we don't use them in anyway as close as bama on Saturday. That was terrible.
All it will take is a blue hair face-planting down the stairs because they turned off all the lights to get all the stadiums to quit. The lawsuits are coming.

Gumps like those LED lights because it reminds them of what they see when the cops pull up behind them on meth busts.

I had to walk out of the room during the pregame, the blinking on and off was nauseating.

And I agree, the LEDs as I have seen on TV so far are ridiculous. I keep waiting for them to introduce the starting lineup like they do at basketball games with the lights down and a spotlight on the player as he runs out.
LEDs are nice in that they are brighter, more efficient, and can be cycled on and off without a cooldown period. I also like what SunTrust does with turning the lights down for the iChop. But that is a once a game thing. The way UGA and Bama have used them so far is ridiculously over the top.

Prepare thy anus, because LED lights are being put in for the 2020 season I believe. Our current lights are 50’s tech, take ages to get powered up, and are horribly inefficient.
