Mullen coached Johnson when he was a 16 year old QB at Utah. Mullen probably has too much pride to let Johnson be the boss.

Urban HC and Johnson as OC. That would be pretty strong. Not Prime strong, but damn stout.

Surviving an auburn coaching search requires a few things.
Gotta be careful leaning too hard into the intel. It’s not usually made up but it’s usually not super accurate either and nobody really seems to have a great track record.
Find some joy in the melting of other fans. Especially the ones who spend a lot of time here arguing. There’s nothing better than seeing their guy get eliminated and weeks of their bullshite go up in flames.
And finally, just appreciate that at the end of the day we’re all just trying to make chicken salad out of chicken shite

The fact is, the odds of Sanders being successful after making a jump of that magnitude is extremely low. You really think coaching at JSU is the same as coaching in the SEC West?
