I could be wrong, but I think Sexton is the one promoting Hugh Freeze as we didn't offer Kiffin enough money or he has his eyes set on another job. So Sexton takes his other client and promotes him. Auburn has been quiet throughout this whole search. Leaks about candidates came from sources connected to Sexton, not Auburn/Cohen.
