I think the Harsin fiasco has made the PTB realize they’ve gotta come together this time. Otherwise, they’ll end up with a terrible hire again.

I talked to a guy today who said he will make his decision on ever getting season tickets again based on this hire.

I hope that's the case for many

it is for me. My father and I almost cancelled our tickets for this year bc of the product being put on the field. If they hire a bullshite coach, play it safe and jaba, were done. And this has been a family tradition for three generations going on four

Unfortunately that's the only way we have to voice our displeasure

PTB should have a huge say in who we hire, whether we like it or not. They pay the freight. What if they all said screw it, we ain’t paying and we got stuck with a Harsin for years because we couldn’t pay him off.

But, I understand where these feelings come from. Joe Whitt Jr? No. Maybe as a DC for Prime and set him up to take over when Prime bolts for the Cowboys.

Updated 11/04/2022 Peter’s Top 5 Auburn HC list:

1. Prime

2. Kiffen
3. Urban Meyer
4. Dyke
5. Freeze

Wildcard: If somehow Joe Whitt Jr gets hired, I will put in my highest recommendation that Corch be placed in charge of North Central AL scouting and development and also be special assistant in charge of 3rd Base coaching.

I could handle 411, 11, 78, 231, 75, 78, 31, I-20, I-65, I-459. Just don't send me south of Montgomery other then Auburn High and PC, or more north then Cullman.

Oh shite and 280... how could I forget Briarwood, Chelsea, Vincent, Childersburg, Winterboro, Fayetteville, Sylacauga, BB Comer, Mountain Brooke, Oak Mountain, Spain Park

Those are just the current players at programs that can make it to omaha. Plenty more older players, ex players, and juco/small school players.

Well, Kiffin is my guy. Do you guys think he could make a world of difference in Robby Ashford?

He’d definitely help Ashford but I’m thinking someone from the portal or Geriner are more likely to start.
