Harsin is staying for another year… welcome to the basement of the SEC
Anger should be directed at the people calling the shots. Gus' crazy extension contract, Greene's hiring, Harsin's hiring.....all got us to where we are now. Joe Biden couldn't have done worse, running this show.

Why are y’all saying this stuff?

I'm starting to think, as bad as it is, we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg. This shite isn't normal. Arizona, Nebraska, and Wisconsin shite-canned their coaches, weeks ago, and here we are with what seems like the goal is, to destroy the fanbase. I mean, if you wanted to make fans turn away, could you come up with a better plan?

If Harsin is our coach next year, I don't know if I will ever watch an Auburn game again

quote:I don't even see a logical explanation for him still being here. The buyout isn't changing enough to matter now vs the end of the season. A new AD can just as easily hire a new coach whether it's him or an interim coach. If they had contacted a new coach at this point, none would tell them to keep him on as part of them coming with players leaving like they are and recruiting. It's just stupid and nothing he is doing for this team a interim couldn't besides lose more players and recruits.

The only possible thing is they are keeping him to sell everything to a new coach that they have given him a full fair shot, after the off season crap and seeming like he was gone when he got here and didn't have a chance. To tell them they will get a fair chance without having to give them a large buyout right off and being stuck with a bad coach again. But I would rather reroll and gamble again with a buyout if they get someone proven than let him self destruct the team farther.
I really wished someone from the administration would answer questions as to why he is still here.

I said weeks ago that the admin needed to make a statement… everyone sees the program circling the toilet but those in the AD can’t collectively get their act together

Has Roberts said anything publicly about anything yet?
Posted on 10/29/22 at 7:59 am to HailToTheChiz
Probably pledged his support to Harsin. Hopefully he's just saying that before he fires him

Roberts is worried about perception and he’s clearly reading the articles written by the national guys saying Auburn treats coaches like shite.
Keeping Harsin is short sighted. Roberts needs to man up.

Hope that’s not the case. Everyone will say and write bad crap about Auburn no matter what we do. They need to do what is right for Auburn and frick all what everyone’s “perception” is.

I wouldn’t doubt our ability to screw up even an interim head coaching hire

Deion Sanders has College Gameday in Jackson, MS and we will lose again today against another bad SEC opponent.
He’s looking better and better by the day.

You are in dangerous territory. It's 2 am, you have struck out all night, and now you are Surveying the leftovers at the bar.

Still think Bo would be 4th string on our roster? Bo Might’ve moved on but your shite takes won’t ever go away as long as you keep running your cockholster.

I am not impressed with Bo beating up on a school with the 88th ranked recruiting class coming in. But I live in reality.
