My issue is just them going for people like Chizik (4-9 at the time) and Harsin who clearly lost games he shouldn't have at Boise. Now people still want to gamble on people or hire people who have failed multiple times at other places.

I'd rather win than pretend I really cared what the coaches do off the field/court. Look around. Morals mean nothing at teams that win.
