First of all, I don't think he's a realistic candidate but cares if he comes here gets us back to relevancy wins a ton of games and then leaves. Oh well at least we're back in business.

Some back channels hearing that a MAC head coach with Auburn ties is getting a look for the head coach position.
Scot Loeffler Sort of made Tom Brady the player he became in the NFL.
CSL is slowly building up the win total at Bowling Green- where Urban Meyer started. Not sure we can get him, but maybe with a 5 year $70 million dollar deal. With an escalating buyout clause starting at $75 million, we might be able to lock Loefler down.

At the end of the day, you're not hiring 35 year old Lane Kiffin so it's an irrelevant data point. He is 47 years old now and has clearly improved drastically as a HC through time and experience. How do we know that he has improved? Well he is doing considerably better at Ole Miss which is an inferior school that plays in a much harder conference, than he did at USC.
Above average in the west this year? Yes. Mean much? No.

Even a MAC job is six figures.
11-26 in the MAC.
They’ve given him 4 years.
He’s 4-3. If he gets 6-6 with a bowl, 3 year extension and a bump.
It makes me jealous.
I wish I could go 11-26 and make good money.

Considering we have no qbs, the worst o-line in the league and no dline next year I'd say 8 wins would be a homerun.
