He's begging Auburn to set him free with his millions

And we won't do it

And perhaps there is a small amount of joy for us in that

It sure seems as he is going scorched earth on the way out, doesn’t it?

Something tells me both parties aren’t pleased with each other and AU is going to make him take every loss for the remainder of the season to impact his record. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t encouraged to resign at some point this past year and refused. Hence no mid season firing.

IMHO that's like Auburn cutting off its nose to spite its face. It might hurt Harsin but it hurts Auburn more.

We have no AD, a new President and extremely vocal donors…. Not saying you aren’t right, but all rumors indicate those that pay the bills didn’t get their way last time. Is this a “we told you so moment” where the program nosedives into the ground so badly the PTB wants a period of fan suffering just to prove a point?

Has anyone emailed President Roberts and voiced frustrations? I'm sure he would get some poor soul to respond pretending to give a shite

Most likely. And who wants to deal with all the interim crap?

Hopefully they will fire him Beilema style, on the way to the tunnel after the UA final. Probably won't but that would be great.

I just hope none of the people on the last committee are on the next one.

Bo is so sold on Sanders he wouldn't see anyone past him and half of his sells pitch was that he's black. That might help in recruiting if they care but it don't win games when you have to coach up the talent level you have.

Actually Bo didn’t mention anything about Deion being black.

It can't be worse than now. Plus how is Harsin going to recruit kids to a school he and they know he won't be at next year. At least if they threw an Auburn Alum in the spot they could talk up the school and how they will look out for them in college.

In one of his interviews half his speech was about what he had done for the league he was in and how big he would be with there only having been 2 Black HC's in SEC history. Which is irrelevant as to why to hire him or not.

and where was this at again? Would have to be recent, I am sure someone would have this but people wouldn't ask about it if it was widely known...do you have a link?

I don't see them hiring Deion because it's not their way of doing things. Boring is their style, Lashlee and Grimes are their type. Which sucks

At this point I wouldn't mind him but let's quit acting like the man is the most qualified because he's not

Care to list in your opinion out of the candidates mentioned, list by most to least qualified. Should be an interesting plot twist...
