Could you perhaps provide a link to the good part of the interview? The "bad" part disturbed me, and I would like for my impression to change. I thought he almost made a grown man cry. Not asking you to prove anything to me.

After watching several videos, including the gift one,
it seems Sanders is the one doing the "clowning." The reporter just reluctantly plays along - what else is he supposed to do? Sanders continually acts like an annoying arse, while you can tell the reporter wants to be at least somewhat professional. If he wants to be an arse about football matters, sure. But stuff like this...nah.

Keep clutching those pearls my man. Deion is likely not a realistic candidate anyway so you can tuck that faux outrage away for now

All I see is Sanders trying to explain away a bad look - his stupid act.
Nothing from Rob Jay. Not saying Rob does not play along,
but again, it's more like " aw crap, here we go again. annoying."

Deion is going to win big somewhere, and we will look stupid for passing.

But always remember it could be worse. We could be stuck with Jimbo and a $78 million buyout

50/50 on Sanders.
Jimbo sucks as a field coach. But he has done work in recruiting. They can still fix with a coordinator.

He’s not terrible. This board struggles with anything between the extremes

8-9 win seasons at Ole Miss is frickin fantastic and exactly what we need.

If you are looking for program builders might want to take a look at Kstate coach.

Frick a program builder. I'm trying to win 8 games next year. 2 names could do that. Freeze / Kiffin.

I can get on the Freezeway knowing he can recruit and coach. But critical that a head coach also bring in a very strong staff that can recruit and develop. That was one of Gus’s biggest negatives.

I can tell you Prime guys he said he is bringing his staff over. That's a big no from me.

He’s big on getting his guys paid and promoting them. Not sure if he would as much as it’s pub for them

Why? What’s wrong with his staff?

Agreed. Only way I'd want him is if he hired notable recruiters

His OC is really young, and his experience before JSU is awful

I'm concerned about the staff comments too

But it's Deion, he's a salesman

In all likelihood he'd adjust accordingly if he got a big job.
