I would watch begrudgingly if we hire Lash. But I’d still watch and pull for him, at least initially. But if we hire freeze I will renounce all ties with auburn university.

Under normal circumstances, ie 2 years ago when we fired Gus, Grimes and others would look like decent hires. But now, $40+ million later and 2 seasons absolutely pissed away, fans want something that points to not just hope, but something pointing to effort and energy to do it right and win.

Dude you are probably 100% right about Lashlee. And you're right that the PTB don't have a plan in place...again. Clearly they will never learn, never see they are absolute dumbasses when it comes to anything football related. If they trot out another shite hire people need to voice their frustration the only way it will be heard, stop going to games. Don't say this supporting the players bullshite. Support the players by demanding better for them, that's what they truly deserve

i'm entitled to my opinion just like you are. i've said it earlier in the thread but freeze hid (and still hides) his mistakes behind his fake christianity, basically saying because he follows Jesus everything is forgiven, and essentially using it as a get out of jail free card and relinquishing him from responsibility for his wrong actions. as a Christian, it really upsets me that he does this and is really blasphemous. not to mention people like him are a large reason why we are viewed as a joke by society. so no, i will not get off my "moral high horse" and i will not support this guy as the potential face of auburn athletics.
also he was 12-25 at OM. bad coach.

People don't change. The Liberty AD was at Baylor when they covered up sexual assault cases. Now he's enlisted Freeze to help him do it again, that's what his DM was all about. I don't care if someone's a scumbag personally, but to know that he will eventually embarrass Auburn does bother me. We don't need help in that, and only that, department
