His replacement hopefully isnt just as bad. System offenses give me a bad taste in my mouth
his replacement strikes me as a guy who could at least carry on an intelligent conversation about subjects other than football and Jesus

two great topics, granted, but there is more to life

also he seems like he is more interested in doing his job and earning his salary than he is wondering whether he can squeeze 36 holes in before a Friday walkthrough during game week

lol. I guess you can call it that but it's not like I see auyushu and think to myself I think I will pick on him for awhile.

Yeah, I've never really seen you do that really, you more just seem annoyed at stuff and going after differing viewpoints when you get into that mode.

Except for Chex, him you hated and went after like a shark that sees blood in the water.

Which to be fair, is understandable in his case.

i feel more confident in a system that worked last season than one that hadnt worked in 8 years

yeah, its all a crapshoot, but at least i feel optimistic about things for the first time in awhile, don’t ruin my dream jang

Meh.

You’re like my dad was with Longhorn football …a loss would ruin his entire week. It’s college athletics; e.g. entertainment.

I was the same way up until Harsin. I let the Auburn football slump drive me back to drinking for awhile, but Ive been back sober for going on 2 years. Harsin literally broke me as an Auburn fan. Sure the losses are much easier, but the wins are not as special (this is speculation, we havent really won a good game since).Good thing I became less dramatic when I did. The past few seasons would have really did a number on me. I still want Auburn to win more than anything, but if they lose, Im not an ace to be around until Wednesday or Thursday like most of my life

There is nothing wrong with loving Auburn too much.
