yea, I am gonna disagree with you. He sits right in front of me at the games. Dude has always been classy there and seems to get along with everyone around him. Never seen him act like a douche at the games

Brandon Cox was terrible. He got booed through his whole career and didn’t give us a chance in several losses because how poorly he alone played.

No he didn't. He wasn't an amazing QB, but he was exactly what Tuberville wanted for his offenses. He was consistent and tough as hell.

He didn't have a great senior year, which is probably why people remember him in the way you do, but 07/08 was just bad offense all around. Those were the years where our defense allowed us to win 2-3 more games than we would have otherwise.

Like I said, this was the only time I've ever met him. It was after he had a pretty rough game physically. He was with his parents and a girl (sister or girlfriend I assumed). They had a little VIP section in the place roped off reserved for him and his family. Without going into all the details, he was just very rude to some people who wanted an autograph.

With that said, that's the only time I've seen him in public and haven't had anyone else say that he has acted that way toward them. I get that he was just trying to spend time with his family and relax after the game, but you have certain responsibility when you are a high profile player of a high profile program. Maybe he had a bad night or had just gotten his arse chewed after the performance he had on the field. Who knows, but he treated some fans with no class that night.

He was sincerely awful. Thankfully, he was good in the 2005 UGA game because in the 2006/2007 UGA games we literally didn't stand a chance because of the way he played. In 2007, he was mostly responsible for our poor start. He was literally benched for Kodi Burns (who also was a garbage QB) as a senior. That should tell you all you need to know.

Now, he's definitely not our worst QB ever and honestly he's probably in the top 6 or 7 QB's we've had since 2000. Definitely a league above the Kiehl Frazier, Jeremy Johnson, & Clint Moseley's of the world but that's the best compliment I can pay him.

Quick, see if you can name the other QBs on the roster with him from 2005-2007 besides Kodi.

When he was bad, he was pretty bad (like vs UGa in '06 and '07) but when he was good he was damned effective. He was also pretty much all we had at the time.

I remember Blake Field (Fields) starting a game in his place once when he was sick. Caudle, maybe some dude named Booker who ended up transferring?

It's what this forum is best at. The OP proved that. Too bad we can't celebrate the fact that we locked up another badass QB.
