Have we accepted an invite to the Birmingham Bowl or are we holding out for the Music city bowl?

If we play our cards right we can go straight from Moo State game to bowl game prep and finish off this horrible season in 2020.

There may be more qualified teams for those bowls.

Maybe we can play UAB.

Let Gus visit with his next team.

He might beat a midrange CUSA team there.... that’ll help the record and recruiting...

Uhh. I went to the Auburn vs Memphis game in Bham one year. No way I’m going to an Auburn bowl game this season if they played in my backyard. frick that.

I would be very surprised to see more than half of the non-NY6 bowls played this year.

No ROI for any parties concerned. Why throw money away?

AU vs. Memphis at Legion Field was fricking miserable.

I was hungover as hell and it was cold, lightly fricking raining the entire game.

Tall boy Millers and their CB assaulting our ball boy were the only high points of that Gus bowl win.

There's rumor out there that some of the Bowls are trying to match up an AUburn vs Liberty game.

Does your backyard have high end amenities? What’s the parking situation? What are the crowd limits?

A backyard bowl with limited seating and high end amenities could draw my interest.

If we got bored watching the game, are we welcome inside? Do you have potted meat and crackers or any other food more interesting than a Malzahn coaches team?

Logistically speaking, the high school right near the house would be best. Plenty of seating and parking for the dozens of people that’d show up.

Who was the poster awhile back that said "Pat Dye got us out of Birmingham, and Gus Malzahn brought us back"? Props, great quote.

Honestly, I'm hoping COVID cause our bowl to be cancelled and whoever has it is fine but saves the Auburn fan from watching this mess.

Birmingham may not be too bad next year. Provided they play in the new stadium beside the Sheraton and UAB lets someone else in. New stadiums are nice ....God help the coming collapse of the upper deck at the largest outside flea market in Birmingham.

that shite neighborhood adjacent to LF wants the city to give the stadium to the community. Instant death trap.
