Wrong Thread but Jay G just said Johni is playing saturday barring a setback

If he is good to go, then fantastic. However, i'm much more concerned with the whole season than I am saturday. Ankles are an SOB. Some extra rehab time is never a bad thing with them.

I don’t believe they’d let him play if he wasn’t 100%.

Money from this event goes to NIL. I think that is why bama and Houston was in this yr.

Went to the game, what an environment. Thought AU had the better looks offensively for the most part, they just didn't fall. Zeigler is a pest defensively and really disrupted things. Not to mention the little fella just seemed to hide behind folks in the paint and find his way to the rim at the last second. He's a good player (and yes a good flopper). Officiating was rough at times for AU but overall thought it was called bad for both teams. Never thought Broome could give that many minutes. He was a step or two slower than usual but without him, that game is lost. He played like a Sr in those closing minutes. Chaney was really good, needed the bigs considering the lackluster guard play. Denver did a nice job defensively as did others but boy their shooting was tough to watch. Hard to imagine Pettiford, Jones, CBM and Kelly would go 5/30 but still win the game. Turnover total wasn't outrageous but several were backbreakers at the time they happened. Defensively, some of the blocks were a thing of beauty. Hate to say it but I completely missed the Howard fiasco. Not sure what to think about him, he's been a real "work in progress" for this staff it seems. Anyway, tore my hair out many times, lost my voice but was so glad to be there and see a great win.

It was one of the most physical games in recent history, so I am sure there are going to be some bumps and bruises. Nothing significant reported in the media thus far. I was really concerned about CBM but he bounced back pretty good.

Moore possible concussion? He didn’t go back in but was probably a function of the game more than his possible injury
