The easiest way to make the fight = an overreaction and much a do about little, is to go beat Houston. We’ll see if they have that in them.

The scary part is we beat the number 4 team without getting Denver, Miles Kelly, and Jakai going.

Don’t think Jakai is going to get going much this year.

Good for Johnnie. She’s quietly been building.

Don’t dismiss the defense that Denver played on Houston’s best player #4. Our perimeter D is the biggest improvement with this year’s team imho.

She has. Didn’t they score like 120+ points in their last game/exhibition

Yeah but against an NCCAA school. Roughly equivalent to a D2 school at best.

Blew out Southern Illinois to open though too.

When your worst free throw shooter takes most of the free throws it’s gonna be ugly as a team. The team doesn’t have a FT problem, Broome does.

That would be great but I wouldn’t count on it. Some guys just never improve at the line. He’s streaky though, there was a large portion of conference play last year I think he was over 80%. Hopefully he can make that happen late this season by chance lol

Howard is 1-4 and Broome is 0-4. There is the “problem”. We also hit our free throws down the stretch of the game to secure the win. Denver, CBM, and Pettiford all hit free throws down the stretch to secure the game.
