“Let them try to win the proxy match, the wrestling match; we’re going to win the scoreboard,” Oats told the media on Friday. “Anything that takes away from winning on the scoreboard is losing basketball. Retaliating to something is dumb, it’s losing basketball—let the refs catch them doing it.”

Yeah Bama gets to the line so often, it's their home court. Bama may shoot 35 FTs this game

quote:Wait, did someone hear something additional happened at practice? Bruce referenced this week he’s been limited in practice and trying to get healthy. I figured the “probable” was just that, due to his previous injuries of being “banged up”. Would be a real problem if he doesn’t play at all.
Cbm got hurt yesterday at the shoot around???

If it ended today we would be in by far the hardest region imo. Duke second. Florida third and bama easiest.

They said on gameday this morning that he was hurt again in practice yesterday.

If we do win today + win the remaining home games even if we lost at uk & Tamu we would still be the #1 overall seed

I’d disagree. That would be a nightmare region for bama.

Kansas has looked like shite all year. Iowa st is slumping a little right now. They lost to Purdue already. Know how they play. Don’t see them losing twice to them. But again. This doesn’t mean shite rn. Way too much basketball left.

For sure. Even though he’s played poor defense recently, his length was going to be a major plus for us defensively. Have to be able to sag a little on defense to avoid getting blown by while being tall enough to still contest 3’s.
