Why do our pass rushers always dive and miss the sacks? Feels like I've seen it 15+ times since the first game. It's like they're diving way too soon and just hit the ground

No quick throws, screens to help the young QB. Just power runs on 1st and 2nd down and put him in tough 3rd downs. This is a Gus offense against good teams.
